This lively concert features the Manetti Shrem Opera Fellows, accompanied by a chamber ensemble of students and faculty from The Frost School at Festival Napa Valley's Blackburn Music Academy.

Heggie's The Judgment of Paris (workshop)

The Judgement of Paris (1976) was a blind tasting where California wines beat top French wines, shocking the wine world and proving New World wines could rival Europe’s best. Isabelle originates the role of Patricia Gallagher in the workshop of the prologue of The Judgment of Paris, a brand new opera by Jake Heggie. She and the rest of the artists will work closely with the composer.

The 2025 Manetti Shrem Opera Fellows perform a showcase of favorite opera scenes together with Festival Orchestra Napa.
Isabelle will perform as Dorabella in “Il core vi dono” from Mozart's Così fan tutte and Leonora in a duet from Donizetti's La Favorita.
Martinů's Mariken de Nimègue with Bard Music Festival

This performance is a world premiere of the original French version of Bohuslav Martinů’s one-act opera Mariken de Nimègue (“Mary of Nijmegen”) featuring different orchestration as well as extensive original musical material that has never previously been published or performed.
Isabelle will perform the role of Notre Dame under the baton of Zachary Schwartzman.
Martinů's Julietta with Bard Music Festival

The Bard Music Festival draws to a gripping close with a performance of Bohuslav Martinů’s Julietta, his enigmatic eighth opera. Under the masterful direction of Leon Botstein, the American Symphony Orchestra brings to life a surreal psychological drama that blurs the boundaries between dreams and reality.
Isabelle will perform the roles of Young Arab, First Man, Young Sailor, and Bellhop.
Verdi's Falstaff with Shepherd School Opera
